What we do with the personal details you send us. Your design files are covered separately by our confidentiality terms.

Who we are

Arian Labs, a prototyping lab in South Wales, is responsible for your personal details. Contact us at quotes@arianlabs.co.uk.

What we collect

• Your name, organisation and email address, from the enquiry form.
• The emails we exchange with you.
• If you place an order: your delivery address and what we need to invoice you.

The details of your board and the files you send aren't personal details, so they aren't covered here. They're covered by our confidentiality terms.

This website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other websites.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, quote, and make and deliver your boards. This is needed to take steps you've asked for and to carry out our contract with you.
• To keep the business records the law requires, such as invoices.

We never sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or use them for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Microsoft provides our email (Microsoft 365), where enquiries and files arrive.
• Netlify hosts this website and passes the enquiry form to our email. It doesn't keep your files.
• A delivery company receives your name and address if we post your order.

These companies act on our instructions. Some may handle data outside the UK, using the safeguards UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become an order: deleted within 12 months.
• Orders and invoices: 6 years, as UK tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal details we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete them, or to stop using them. Email quotes@arianlabs.co.uk and we'll reply within a month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
